SLEEQ Rewards is our loyalty program. You earn points when you shop and engage with us, then exchange them for discounts and free products.
Just create a Sleeq Hair account. It's free, you're automatically enrolled as a Regular Member, and you get 50 points for joining.
You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. You can also earn bonus points for:
- Joining SLEEQ Rewards: 50 points
- Leaving a positive Trustpilot review: 100 points
- Sharing your birthday: 20 points
- Taking our hair quiz: 100 points
- Watching an educational video: 100 points
- Placing a 2nd order over $50: 100 points
- Following us on Instagram (@sleeqhairhq): 50 points
- Following us on TikTok (@sleeqhair): 50 points
- Mentioning @sleeqhairhq in an Instagram post or story: 75 points
- Mentioning @sleeqhair in a TikTok post or story: 75 points
- Referring your first friend: 100 points
- Signing up for a subscription: 150 points
Log in and go to the Rewards page. Each action has its own button (Follow, Verify, Take Quiz, Review). Tap it, complete the step, and your points are added once it's done.
On Double Points Days you earn twice the usual points. They're open to all members. Your Apple Wallet pass also updates when bonus point offers are available.

Log in, open the Rewards page and choose any reward your balance covers.
There are two:
- Regular Member (everyone, on sign-up): 1x points, $5 in points on your birthday, and Double Points Days.
- Sleeq VIP (subscribers): 1.25x points, $10 in points on your birthday, Double Points Days, exclusive access to the Merch Shop, milestone gifts, and free shipping.
Start a subscription. VIP is our subscriber tier, and you'll also earn 150 bonus points for signing up
Sleeq VIP members unlock gifts as they reach milestones.
Sleeq VIP is for active subscribers, so if your subscription ends you'll move back to Regular Member.
Add your birthday on the Rewards page (that earns you 20 points too). On your birthday you'll get $5 in points as a Regular Member, or $10 in points as a Sleeq VIP. Birthday points expire after 1 month, so use them while they're fresh.
Give $5, get $5. Share your invite from the Rewards page: your friend gets $5 off their first order of $60+, and you earn $5 off too. Your first referral also earns you 100 bonus points.
Log in and visit the Rewards page. You can also add your Rewards pass to Apple Wallet. It updates when you earn points, unlock a new tier, have points about to expire, or when bonus point offers are available.
Points expire after 12 months of when they're earned. Birthday rewards expire 1 month after they're issued.
